Abdullah bin Masud reported,

We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about monkeys and pigs, whether they were descendants of the Jews. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Allah has never cursed a people," (Rawh said, "and transformed them") "such that they had offspring, until He destroyed them. Rather, these creatures already existed, and when Allah became angry with the Jews, He transformed them and made them resemble these creatures."

حدثنا عبد الصمد وروح قالا حدثنا داود بن أبي الفرات قال حدثنا محمد بن زيد عن أبي الأعين العبدي عن أبي الأحوص الجشمي

عن ابن مسعود قال

سألنا رسول الله ﷺ عن القردة والخنازير أهي من نسل اليهود فقال رسول الله ﷺ إن الله عز وجل لم يلعن قوما قط قال روح فمسخهم فيكون لهم نسل حتى يهلكهم ولكن هذا خلق كان فلما غضب الله عز وجل على اليهود مسخهم فجعلهم مثلهم
