Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the last third of the night remains, Allah descends to the lowest heaven. Then the gates of heaven are opened, and He extends His hand and says, 'Is there anyone who asks, that he may be given what he asks for?' He continues in this way until dawn breaks."

عن ابن مسعود

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا كان ثلث الليل الباقي يهبط الله عز وجل إلى السماء الدنيا ثم تفتح أبواب السماء ثم يبسط يده فيقول هل من سائل يعطى سؤله فلا يزال كذلك حتى يطلع الفجر
