The Prophet ﷺ said, "Insulting a Muslim is wickedness, and fighting him is disbelief."The narrator said, I asked Abu Waail, "Did you hear this directly from Abdullah?"He replied, "Yes."
حدثنا يحيى عن شعبة حدثني زبيد عن أبي وائل
عن النبي ﷺ قال سباب المسلم فسوق وقتاله كفر قال قلت لأبي وائل أنت سمعت من عبد الله قال نعم
