Some men whose testimony I trust bore witness before me, among them Umar, and the most trustworthy of them in my view is Umar, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade prayer after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, and after the afternoon prayer until it sets.

شهد عندي رجال مرضيون فيهم عمر وأرضاهم عندي عمر أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن صلاة بعد صلاة الصبح حتى تطلع الشمس وبعد العصر حتى تغرب
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 355. Saeed is Ibn Abu Aruba. Abdul-Wahhab is a conjunction to Muhammad bin Jafar, and he is Abdul-Wahhab bin Ata Khafaf. "From Saeed" in H reads "from Shubah," and we corrected it from K. Shubah has also narrated the hadith, as previously mentioned.
