Abdullah bin Masud reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one is more jealous than Allah , and for that reason He has forbidden indecencies, both the open and the hidden. And no one loves praise more than Allah ."

عن عبد الله قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا أحد أغير من الله عز وجل فلذلك حرم الفواحش ما ظهر منها وما بطن ولا أحد أحب إليه المدح من الله عز وجل
