Sulayman, with part of the hadith from Amr bin Mura, reported that his father told him, from Abu Duha, from Abdullah, who said,The Prophet ﷺ said to me, "Recite the Quran to me."I said, "Shall I recite it to you when it was revealed to you?"He replied, "I love to hear it from someone else."So I began reciting until I reached, "How then will it be when We bring forward a witness from every nation and bring you as a witness against these people?" [Nisa 4:41]He said, "I saw his eyes overflowing with tears."

سليمان وبعض الحديث عن عمرو بن مرة قال حدثني أبي عن أبي الضحى عن عبد الله قال قال النبي ﷺ اقرأ علي قال قلت أقرأ عليك وعليك أنزل قال إنني أحب أن أسمعه من غيري فقرأت حتى إذا بلغت {فكيف إذا جئنا من كل أمة بشهيد وجئنا بك على هؤلاء شهيدا} قال رأيت عينيه تذرفان دموعا
Its chain of transmission is sahih, except that there is a problem in it which we will mention. As for Sulayman's statement, who is Amash, "and part of the hadith from Amr bin Mura," he means that he heard the hadith from Ibrahim Nakhai and heard part of it from Amr bin Mura, from Ibrahim, and perhaps he forgot some part of it, so Amr confirmed it for him in that portion.The problem is his statement after that, "He said, my father narrated to me, from Abu Duha, from Abdullah." Who is it that says this? Is it Amash? We do not know, because his father has a narration but we have not found a biographical entry for him. Or is it said by Abdullah bin Ahmad? Perhaps it is so, in which case the meaning would be that Ahmad narrated with this very chain from Amash, from Abu Duha, for Amash does narrate from him.But it would then be disconnected, because Abu Duha, although he was among the Followers, did not meet Ibn Masud. Bukhari narrated the hadith, 9:81, in two hadiths by way of Amash, from Ibrahim, from Ubayda, without any mention of Amr bin Mura or Abu Duha. We have already pointed to his narration in 3550 and 3551.
