Shuba reported, and I believe Ati said this came from one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ, the most pleasing of them to me being Umar bin Khattab , that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade praying at two times, after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets, and after the dawn prayer until the sun rises.
Its isnad is sahih, and it is a repetition of 271. Abu Aliyah, his name is Rafi, with the ra vowelled with damma and the fa vowelled with fatha, and it was written here in H with a ya in place of the fa, which is an error.
