Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Prophet ﷺ came to Zamzam, so we drew a bucket of water for him. He drank from it, then spat back into it, and we poured it into Zamzam. Then he said, "Were it not that you would be overwhelmed by the crowds, I would have drawn the water with my own hand."

حدثنا روح وعفان قالا حدثنا حماد عن قيس قال عفان أخبرنا حماد في حديثه قال أخبرنا قيس عن مجاهد

عن ابن عباس أنه قال

جاء النبي ﷺ إلى زمزم فنزعنا له دلوا فشرب ثم مج فيها ثم أفرغناها في زمزم ثم قال لولا أن تغلبوا عليها لنزعت بيدي
