Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Prophet ﷺ set the penalty for intercourse with a menstruating woman at one Dinar, but if a man had intercourse with her after the bleeding had stopped and before she had performed the ritual bath, then it was half a Dinar. All of this is reported from the Prophet ﷺ.

حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا ابن جريج قال أخبرني عبد الكريم وغيره عن مقسم مولى عبد الله بن الحارث أن

ابن عباس أخبره

أن النبي ﷺ جعل في الحائض نصاب دينار فإن أصابها وقد أدبر الدم عنها ولم تغتسل فنصف دينار كل ذلك عن النبي ﷺ
