The Messenger of Allah ﷺ set out for Mecca during the month of Ramadan in the year of the Conquest. He fasted until he reached al-Kadid, then he broke his fast.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله،
خرج رسول الله ﷺ عام الفتح إلى مكة في شهر رمضان، فصام حتى بلغ الكديد، أفطر.
