Salim bin Abu Jaad reported,

A man came to Ibn Abbas and mentioned the hadith. Ibn Abbas said, "I heard your Prophet ﷺ say, 'The murdered man will come on the Day of Resurrection holding his head,'" — he said either "in his left hand" or "in his right hand" — "'with his jugular veins gushing blood, before the Throne of the Most Merciful , saying, "Lord, ask this man why he killed me."'"

عن سالم بن أبي الجعد قال

جاء رجل إلى ابن عباس فذكر الحديث فقال ولقد سمعت نبيكم ﷺ يقول يجيء المقتول يوم القيامة آخذا رأسه إما قال بشماله وإما بيمينه تشخب أوداجه في قبل عرش الرحمن تبارك وتعالى يقول يا رب سل هذا فيم قتلني
