The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man while he was performing tawaf around the Kaabah, and the man had tied his hand to another person with a strap, a string, or something similar. The Prophet ﷺ cut it with his own hand and said, "Lead him by the hand."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق قال أخبرنا ابن جريج قال أخبرني سليمان الأحول أن طاوسا أخبره
أن النبي ﷺ مر وهو يطوف بالكعبة بإنسان قد ربط يده إلى إنسان آخر بسير أو بخيط أو بشيء غير ذلك فقطعه النبي ﷺ بيده ثم قال قده بيده
Its isnad is sahih. It is similar to the one before it in wording and isnad, which indicates that they are two similar incidents, both narrated by Abdul-Razzaq from Ibn Jurayj. They both relate to the meaning of honoring man, that he should not be treated as animals are treated.
