Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The prayer was being established and I had not yet prayed the two rakahs. He saw me praying them, came close, and said, "Do you want to pray Fajr as four?"Ibn Abbas was asked, "Is this from the Prophet ﷺ?"He replied, "Yes."

عن ابن عباس قال

أقيمت الصلاة ولم أصل الركعتين فرآني وأنا أصليهما فدنا وقال أتريد أن تصلي الصبح أربعا فقيل لابن عباس عن النبي ﷺ قال نعم
