The Prophet ﷺ said on the day of the Conquest, "Its grass is not to be cut, its game is not to be disturbed, its trees are not to be lopped, and its lost property is not lawful to take except for one who announces it publicly."Abbas said, "Except for idhkhir grass, Messenger of Allah."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Except for idhkhir, for it is permitted."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن عمرو بن دينار
أن النبي ﷺ قال يوم الفتح لا يختلى خلاها ولا ينفر صيدها ولا يعضد عضاهها ولا تحل لقطتها إلا لمنشد فقال العباس إلا الإذخر يا رسول الله فقال النبي ﷺ إلا الإذخر فإنه حلال
