It is reported from the Prophet ﷺ that he led them in the eclipse prayer with eight bowings. He recited, then bowed, then rose, then recited, then bowed, then rose, then recited, then bowed, then rose, then recited, then bowed, then rose, then prostrated. He said, and the second rakah was just like it.
