Imran bin Hittan reported,
It is reported that Harb asked Ibn Abbas 
about wearing silk.Ibn Abbas said, "Ask Ayesha about it."So he asked Ayesha, and she said, "Ask Ibn Umar ."So he asked Ibn Umar , who said, "Abu Hafs told me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Whoever wears silk in this world will have no share of it in the Hereafter.'"

فيما يحسب حرب أنه سأل ابن عباس رضي الله عنه عن لبوس الحرير فقال سل عنه عائشة فسأل عائشة فقالت سل ابن عمر رضي الله عنه فسأل ابن عمر رضي الله عنه فقال حدثني أبو حفص أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من لبس الحرير في الدنيا فلا خلاق له في الآخرة
Its isnad is sahih. Imran bin Hittan is the well-known Kharijite, and he was a trustworthy successor. Qatada said, "Imran bin Hittan was never suspected of lying in hadith."Bukhari narrated this hadith (10:244 of Fath al-Bari) through the route of Ali bin Mubarak from Yahya bin Abu Kathir. In it, he first asked Ayesha, and she referred him to Ibn Abbas, who referred him to Ibn Umar. He then narrated it again through the route of Harb from Yahya, but did not mention its wording, saying only, "And he related the hadith." See also 296 and 301.In manuscript (H) it reads, "Yahya from Umar, that Ibn Hittan..." and so on. This is a strange error, in which the two parts of the name Imran were split apart by the addition of an extra letter (ر) inserted by the copyist or the one who corrected the text. We have corrected it based on manuscript (K).Al-labus, vocalized with a fatha on the lam, means "whatever is worn."
