Its isnad is sahih. Dawud bin Qays al-Farra al-Dabbagh is trustworthy and a hafiz, as Shafii said, and Ahmad and others confirmed his reliability, and Bukhari mentioned him in al-Kabir 2/1/220. The hadith is a repetition of 2072, and see also 2416.
