When the Prophet ﷺ walked, he walked with purpose and vigor, showing no trace of laziness.

Its isnad is sahih, despite the ambiguity regarding the name of the Successor mentioned in it, for he is Ikrima. The hadith is found in Majma al-Zawaid 8:281, where it says, Ahmad and Bazzar narrated it, with the addition, "He did not look back, and it could be recognized in his walk that he was neither lazy nor weak." The men of Ahmad's chain are the men of the Sahih, except that the Successor is not named, but Bazzar named him, and he is Ikrima, who is also among the men of the Sahih."Mujtami" means vigorous in movement, strong of limb, not slack in his walk, as stated by Ibn Athir.
