A Jariya would bring the Messenger of Allah ﷺ a shoulder of meat from the cooking pot, and he would eat from it, then go out to prayer and pray without performing ablution and without touching water.
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن سماك عن عكرمة
كان رسول الله ﷺ تأتيه الجارية بالكتف من القدر فيأكل منها ثم يخرج إلى الصلاة فيصلي ولم يتوضأ ولم يمس ماء
