Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Quraysh said, "Muhammad and his companions have been weakened by the fever of Yathrib." So when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived for the year in which he performed Umrah, he said to his companions, "Move briskly around the House for the first three circuits so that the polytheists may see your strength."When they moved briskly, the Quraysh said, "They have not been weakened at all."

أن قريشا قالت إن محمدا وأصحابه قد وهنتهم حمى يثرب فلما قدم رسول الله ﷺ لعامه الذي اعتمر فيه قال لأصحابه ارملوا بالبيت ثلاثا لير المشركون قوتكم فلما رملوا قالت قريش ما وهنتهم
