The Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted Bilal bin Harith Muzani the mines of Qabaliyyah, both their highlands and lowlands, along with whatever land was suitable for cultivation in Quds, but he did not grant him anything that infringed upon the right of a Muslim. The Prophet ﷺ wrote for him the following document.In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, has granted to Bilal bin Harith Muzani. He has granted him the mines of Qabaliyyah, both their highlands and lowlands, along with whatever land is suitable for cultivation in Quds, but he has not granted him anything that infringes upon the right of a Muslim.
