She told him that she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and complained to him about the bleeding. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "That is only a vein. So watch, when your menstrual period comes, do not pray, and when the period passes, purify yourself, then pray during the time between one period and the next."
