The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I tell you who the best among you are?"They said, "Yes, please."He said, "The best of you are those whose sight reminds others of Allah the Exalted. Shall I tell you who the worst among you are?"They said, "Yes, please."He said, "The worst of you are those who sow discord between loved ones, who go about spreading slander, and who seek to bring hardship upon the innocent."

قال رسول الله ﷺ ألا أخبركم بخياركم قالوا بلى قال فخياركم الذين إذا رءوا ذكر الله تعالى ألا أخبركم بشراركم قالوا بلى قال فشراركم المفسدون بين الأحبة المشاءون بالنميمة الباغون البرآء العنت
