I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Do not kill your children secretly. The harm of ghilah catches up with the horseman and topples him from the back of his horse."
حدثنا الفضل بن دكين حدثنا ابن أبي غنية عن محمد بن مهاجر عن أبيه
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا تقتلوا أولادكم سرا فإن قتل الغيل يدرك الفارس فيدعثره عن ظهر فرسه
