He traced it back to the Prophet ﷺ, saying, "Whoever has been granted his share of gentleness has been granted his share of good, and nothing weighs heavier on the scale than good character."

يبلغ به من أعطي حظه من الرفق أعطي حظه من الخير وليس شيء أثقل في الميزان من الخلق الحسن
