Amr bin Maymun reported,
Umar 
said, Abdul-Razzaq said, I heard Umar say that the polytheists used to refrain from departing from Muzdalifah until the sun rose over Mount Thabir. Abdul-Razzaq said, they used to say, "Shine forth, Thabir, so that we may set out." But the Prophet ﷺ differed from them and departed before sunrise.

عن عمرو بن ميمون قال
قال عمر رضي الله عنه قال عبد الرزاق سمعت عمر رضي الله عنه إن المشركين كانوا لا يفيضون من جمع حتى تشرق الشمس على ثبير قال عبد الرزاق وكانوا يقولون أشرق ثبير كيما نغير يعني فخالفهم النبي ﷺ فدفع قبل أن تطلع الشمس
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is a longer version of 200. Abu Ishaq is Subayi, and in the three manuscripts here it says "Ibn Ishaq," which is a clear error. The hadith is Subayi's hadith in the preceding chains, and in all the narrations, and Ibn Ishaq has no narration from Amr bin Maymun. The correction will come at 295.His statement, "Abdul-Razzaq said, I heard Umar," means that in Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi's narration from Amr bin Maymun, he said, "Umar said," without explicitly stating that he heard it, while in Abdul-Razzaq's narration from Amr bin Maymun, he said, "I heard Umar," explicitly stating that he heard it.
