I suffered from prolonged bleeding for seven years, so I complained about it to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said, "That is not menstruation, but rather a vein. So perform ghusl."She would perform ghusl before every prayer. She used to bathe in a basin, and we could see the yellowness of the blood in the basin.
