The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ibn Umm Maktum," or "Bilal calls the adhan at night, so eat and drink until Bilal," or "Ibn Umm Maktum calls the adhan."There was scarcely any time between the two except that one would finish calling the adhan and the other would be climbing up to call it. We would take him by the hand and say, "Stay where you are until we finish our pre-dawn meal."

إن النبي ﷺ قال إن ابن أم مكتوم أو بلالا ينادي بليل فكلوا واشربوا حتى ينادي بلال أو ابن أم مكتوم فما كان إلا أن يؤذن أحدهما ويصعد الآخر فنأخذه بيده ونقول كما أنت حتى نتسحر
