Its isnad is sahih, and it is like the one before it, 27170m. Abdullah said, I found in my father's book, written in his own hand, "Abu Yaman narrated to us, he said, Shuayb informed us, from Zuhri, who said, Abdullah bin Abu Bakr bin Hazm Ansari informed me that he heard Urwa bin Zubayr say, Marwan mentioned, during his governorship over Madinah, that one must perform wudu after touching the penis if a man's hand comes into contact with it. I objected to that and said, 'There is no wudu required for someone who touches it.' Marwan said, 'Busra bint Safwan told me that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mention what requires wudu, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'And one performs wudu after touching the penis.'"Urwa said, "I kept disputing this with Marwan until he called a man from his guard and sent him to Busra to ask her about what she had reported concerning this. She sent back to him the same thing that Marwan had told me she said."Sahih (27170m). Its isnad is sahih, and it is a wijadah (a report found in writing). The hadith is like the one before it.
