Abu Thalaba reported,

I said, "Messenger of Allah, two of my children have died in Islam."He replied, "Whoever has two children die in Islam, Allah will admit him into Paradise through the bounty of His mercy toward them."Some time later, Abu Hurairah met me and asked, "Are you the one to whom the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said what he said about the two children?"I answered, "Yes."He said, "If he had said that to me, it would be dearer to me than all that lies within the gates of Homs and Palestine."

حدثنا حماد بن مسعدة قال حدثنا ابن جريج عن أبي الزبير عن عمر بن نبهان

عن أبي ثعلبة الأشجعي قال

قلت مات لي يا رسول الله ولدان في الإسلام فقال من مات له ولدان في الإسلام أدخله الله عز وجل الجنة بفضل رحمته إياهما قال فلما كان بعد ذلك لقيني أبو هريرة قال فقال أنت الذي قال له رسول الله ﷺ في الولدين ما قال قلت نعم قال فقال لئن قاله لي أحب إلي مما غلقت عليه حمص وفلسطين
