The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited Hamza, and the two of them spoke about the world. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, this world is green and sweet. Whoever takes it by its rightful means will be blessed in it. But many a person who immerses himself wrongfully in the wealth of Allah and the wealth of His Messenger will have the Fire on the Day he meets Allah."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد أن عمر بن كثير بن أفلح مولى أبي أيوب الأنصاري أخبره أنه سمع عبيد سنوطا يحدث
أن رسول الله ﷺ دخل على حمزة فتذاكرا الدنيا فقال رسول الله ﷺ إن الدنيا خضرة حلوة من أخذها بحقها بورك له فيها ورب متخوض في مال الله ومال رسوله له النار يوم يلقى الله
Its isnad is sahih. Ubayd Sanuta, or Ibn Sanuta, is Abu Walid Madani, and he is trustworthy. His hadith is found in Tirmidhi 4/587, no. 2374, in the chapter on renunciation, where he said, hasan sahih. It is also found in Abd bin Humayd, 1587, and Humaydi, 1/171, no. 353.
