Umar bin Khattab came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I am ruined."The Prophet ﷺ asked, "What has ruined you?"Umar replied, "I turned my saddle around last night."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave him no reply, and then Allah revealed this verse to His Messenger, "Your wives are a tilth for you, so come to your tilth as you wish" [Baqarah 2:223]. Approach from the front or from behind, but avoid the anus and menstruation.

جاء عمر بن الخطاب إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله هلكت قال وما الذي أهلكك قال حولت رحلي البارحة قال فلم يرد عليه شيئا قال فأوحى الله إلى رسوله هذه الآية {نساؤكم حرث لكم فأتوا حرثكم أنى شئتم} أقبل وأدبر واتق الدبر والحيضة
