Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Someone said to Ibn Zubayr, "Why don't you ask your mother?"He said, so we went in to his mother Asma bint Abu Bakr, and she said, "We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and when we reached Dhul-Hulayfa, he said, 'Whoever among you wishes to enter the state of ihram for Hajj, let him do so, and whoever wishes to enter the state of ihram for Umra, let him do so.'"Asma said, "Ayesha, Miqdad, Zubayr, and I were among those who entered ihram for Umra."

حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق قال أخبرنا ابن لهيعة عن أبي الأسود قال سمعت عبادة بن المهاجر يقول سمعت

ابن العباس يقول

لابن الزبير ألا تسأل أمك قال فدخلنا على أمه أسماء بنت أبي بكر فقالت خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ حتى إذا كنا بذي الحليفة قال من أراد منكم أن يهل بالحج فليهل ومن أراد منكم أن يهل بعمرة فليهل قالت أسماء وكنت أنا وعائشة والمقداد والزبير ممن أهل بعمرة
