She said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by me one day, and I said, 'Messenger of Allah, I have grown old and weak,' or something to that effect, 'so instruct me with an act of worship I can perform while seated.'"He replied, "Say 'Subhan Allah' one hundred times, for it will equal in reward freeing one hundred slaves from the descendants of Ismail. Say 'Alhamdulillah' one hundred times, for it will equal in reward one hundred horses, saddled and bridled, on which you send fighters in the path of Allah. Say 'Allahu Akbar' one hundred times, for it will equal one hundred sacrificial camels, garlanded and accepted. And say 'La ilaha illa Allah' one hundred times."Ibn Khalaf said, "I think he said, 'It will fill what is between the heavens and the earth, and on that day no one's deeds will be raised up higher than yours, unless they bring the like of what you have brought.'"
قال عبد الله وجدت في كتاب أبي حدثنا سعيد بن سليمان قال حدثنا موسى بن خلف قال حدثنا عاصم بن بهدلة عن أبي صالح
قالت مر بي ذات يوم رسول الله ﷺ فقلت يا رسول الله إني قد كبرت وضعفت أو كما قالت فمرني بعمل أعمله وأنا جالسة قال سبحي الله مائة تسبيحة فإنها تعدل لك مائة رقبة تعتقينها من ولد إسماعيل واحمدي الله مائة تحميدة تعدل لك مائة فرس مسرجة ملجمة تحملين عليها في سبيل الله وكبري الله مائة تكبيرة فإنها تعدل لك مائة بدنة مقلدة متقبلة وهللي الله مائة تهليلة قال ابن خلف أحسبه قال تملأ ما بين السماء والأرض ولا يرفع يومئذ لأحد عمل إلا أن يأتي بمثل ما أتيت به
