I asked Umm Habibah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, "Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray in the same garment he slept in with you?"She replied, "Yes, as long as he saw no impurity on it."
حدثنا محمد بن سلمة عن ابن إسحاق عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن سويد بن قيس عن معاوية بن حديج
قلت لأم حبيبة زوج النبي ﷺ أكان رسول الله ﷺ يصلي في الثوب الذي ينام معك فيه قالت نعم ما لم ير فيه أذى
Its isnad is sahih. Muawiya the second is also her brother. The hadith was recorded by Abu Dawud 1/100 no. 366, Nasai 1/155 no. 294, Ibn Majah 1/179 no. 540, and Ibn Khuzayma 1/380 no. 776, all of them in the chapter on purification.
