It is reported that Fatimah came to the Prophet of Allah ﷺ complaining about the burden of household work. She said, "Messenger of Allah, by Allah, my hands have become blistered from grinding at the millstone. I grind one time and knead the dough another."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "If Allah grants you something, it will come to you. But let me guide you to something better than that. When you settle into your bed, glorify Allah thirty-three times, magnify Him thirty-three times, and praise Him thirty-four times. That makes one hundred, and it is better for you than a servant.When you pray the dawn prayer, say, 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death. In His hand is all good, and He has power over all things,' ten times after the dawn prayer and ten times after the sunset prayer. For each time you say it, ten good deeds are recorded for you, ten sins are wiped away, and each one is equal in reward to freeing a slave from the descendants of Ismail. No sin earned that day can overtake you, except associating partners with Allah.The words 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner' will guard you between the time you say them in the morning until you say them in the evening from every devil and from every evil."

تحدث زعمت أن فاطمة جاءت إلى نبي الله ﷺ تشتكي إليه الخدمة فقالت يا رسول الله والله لقد مجلت يدي من الرحى أطحن مرة وأعجن مرة فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ إن يرزقك الله شيئا يأتك وسأدلك على خير من ذلك إذا لزمت مضجعك فسبحي الله ثلاثا وثلاثين وكبري ثلاثا وثلاثين واحمدي أربعا وثلاثين فذلك مائة فهو خير لك من الخادم وإذا صليت صلاة الصبح فقولي لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد يحيي ويميت بيده الخير وهو على كل شيء قدير عشر مرات بعد صلاة الصبح وعشر مرات بعد صلاة المغرب فإن كل واحدة منهن تكتب عشر حسنات وتحط عشر سيئات وكل واحدة منهن كعتق رقبة من ولد إسماعيل ولا يحل لذنب كسب ذلك اليوم أن يدركه إلا أن يكون الشرك لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وهو حرسك ما بين أن تقوليه غدوة إلى أن تقوليه عشية من كل شيطان ومن كل سوء
