When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave the closing salam, the women would rise as soon as he completed his salam, while he remained in his place for a short while before standing up.
حدثنا أبو كامل قال حدثنا إبراهيم بن سعد قال حدثنا ابن شهاب عن هند بنت الحارث
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا سلم قام النساء حين يقضي تسليمه ويمكث في مكانه يسيرا قبل أن يقوم
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and Hind bint Harith is trustworthy, her hadith is found in Bukhari.The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 2/334 no. 849 in the chapter on adhan, Abu Dawud 1/273 no. 1040 in the chapter on prayer, Nasai 3/67 no. 133 in the chapter on inattentiveness during prayer, Ibn Majah 1/301 no. 932 in the chapter on the call to start prayer, and Ibn Khuzayma 3/108 no. 1718.
