Umm Sulaym said, "Messenger of Allah, Allah is not shy of the truth. Does a woman have to perform a bath if she has a wet dream?"He replied, "Yes, if she sees the fluid."Umm Salama laughed and asked, "Does a woman have wet dreams?"The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then how else would the child resemble her?"

قالت أم سليم يا رسول الله إن الله لا يستحيي من الحق هل على المرأة من غسل إذا احتلمت قال نعم إذا رأت الماء فضحكت أم سلمة قالت أتحتلم المرأة فقال النبي ﷺ فبم يشبه الولد
