The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions arrived on the morning of the fourth, having entered the state of ihram for Hajj. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then ordered them to convert it into an Umra, except for those who had brought sacrificial animals with them.He said, "So shirts were worn, incense burners gave off their fragrance, and men went in to their wives."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا وهيب حدثنا أيوب عن رجل قال سمعت
قدم رسول الله ﷺ وأصحابه لصبح رابعة مهلين بالحج فأمرهم رسول الله ﷺ أن يجعلوها عمرة إلا من كان معه الهدي قال فلبست القمص وسطعت المجامر ونكحت النساء
