The Prophet ﷺ used to pray four units for the Duha prayer, adding more as Allah willed.
حدثنا عبد الوهاب عن سعيد عن قتادة عن معاذة
أن النبي ﷺ كان يصلي الضحى أربعا ويزيد ما شاء الله
