He prohibited every predatory animal with fangs and every bird with talons.Hakam traced this report back to the Prophet, but Shuba said, "I dislike narrating it as a marfu report."He said, Ghaylan and Hajjaj also narrated it to me from Maymun bin Mihran from Ibn Abbas, but they did not trace it back to the Prophet.

أنه نهى عن كل ذي ناب من السباع وذي مخلب من الطير قال رفعه الحكم قال شعبة وأنا أكره أن أحدث برفعه قال وحدثني غيلان والحجاج عن ميمون بن مهران عن ابن عباس لم يرفعه
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Shubah's hesitation about attributing it to the Prophet, after he had already affirmed that his teacher attributed it to the Prophet, is not sufficient to be considered a flaw in the hadith. The same applies to his transmitting it as a stopped narration from Ghaylan and Hajjaj. The hadith is established as a raised narration. It is a repetition of 2192.
