Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wished to enter the state of ihram, he would anoint himself with the most fragrant oil he could find, so much so that I could see the gleam of the oil in his hair.I used to twist the garlands for the sacrificial animals of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he would send them off, yet he would not avoid intimacy with any of his wives.
