Saad bin Hisham reported,

I asked Umm Muiminin Ayesha, "How was the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at night?"She replied, "He would pray Isha," then she mentioned the rest of the hadith, "and he would pray two rakahs standing, raising his voice as though waking us up, indeed waking us up. Then he would supplicate with a prayer that we could hear, then he would give a single salam, raising his voice with it."

قلت لأم المؤمنين عائشة كيف كانت صلاة رسول الله ﷺ من الليل قالت كان يصلي العشاء فذكر الحديث ويصلي ركعتين قائما يرفع صوته كأنه يوقظنا بل يوقظنا ثم يدعو بدعاء يسمعنا ثم يسلم تسليمة ثم يرفع بها صوته
