Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever vows to obey Allah should obey Him, and whoever vows to disobey Allah should not disobey Him."Abu Abdul-Rahman said, "This is a strange hadith among the narrations of Yahya bin Saeed. I heard it only from my father, on the authority of Ibn Numayr, from Talha bin Abdul-Malik, a man from the people of Ayla."Abu Abdul-Rahman said, "The hadith scholars said, 'This is not found in Kufa. Rather it comes from Ibn Numayr, from Ubaydullah,' meaning Umari. So I said to them, 'Go to Abu Khaythama, for what they heard in Kufa from Ibn Numayr is one and the same.' So they went and found it with him."

حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس قال سمعت عبيد الله بن عمر وأخبرنا مالك بن أنس عن طلحة بن عبد الملك عن القاسم عن عائشة عن النبي ﷺ مثله قال أبو عبد الرحمن حديث غريب من حديث يحيى بن سعيد ما سمعته إلا من أبي عن ابن نمير وطلحة بن عبد الملك رجل من أهل أيلة قال أبو عبد الرحمن قال أصحاب الحديث ليس هذا بالكوفة إنما هذا عن ابن نمير عن عبيد الله يعني العمري فقلت لهم امضوا إلى أبي خيثمة فإن سماعهم بالكوفة واحد من ابن نمير فذهبوا فأصابوه
