Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ used to pray thirteen rakahs every night, nine standing and two while seated. Then he would wait until the first call to the dawn prayer was made, after which he would pray two more rakahs.

حدثنا حجاج قال حدثنا ليث قال حدثني يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن جعفر بن ربيعة عن أبي سلمة أنه سمع

عائشة تقول

كان النبي ﷺ يصلي كل ليلة ثلاث عشرة ركعة تسعا قائما وركعتين وهو جالس ثم يمهل حتى يؤذن بالأولى من الصبح فيركع ركعتين
