Ayesha reported,

The family of Muhammad ﷺ never had their fill of wheat bread for three days in a row. She said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ only forbade keeping the meat of the sacrificial animals beyond three days because of the hardship people were facing, and later he permitted it.
