Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever is called to account is doomed."Ayesha said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, does Allah not say, "He will be reckoned with an easy reckoning" [Inshiqaq 84:8]?'"He replied, "Ayesha, that is merely the presentation. Whoever is examined closely in the reckoning is doomed."

عن عائشة قالت

قال رسول الله ﷺ من حوسب هلك قالت قلت يا رسول الله أليس يقول الله عز وجل {فسوف يحاسب حسابا يسيرا} قال يا عائشة ذاك العرض من نوقش الحساب فقد هلك
