Ayesha reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked which deeds are most beloved to Allah . He replied, "Those done most consistently, even if they are few."He, meaning Abu Salama, also reported from Ayesha or from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Take on only as much of the deeds as you can sustain."

سئل رسول الله ﷺ أي الأعمال أحب إلى الله عز وجل قال أدومه وإن قل قال وسمعته يعني أبا سلمة يحدث عن عائشة أو عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ﷺ قال اكلفوا من العمل ما تطيقون
