Someone said to Abdullah bin Abbas, "What you are saying has spread among the people."Hammam explained that he meant the ruling that whoever performs tawaf around the House has exited the state of ihram.Abdullah bin Abbas replied, "It is the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, even if you dislike it."Hammam explained that he meant whoever did not have a sacrificial animal with him.
