The Prophet ﷺ said, "Breaking the bone of a deceased person is like breaking it while he is alive."He said, they consider it equivalent in sin.Abdul-Razzaq said, I think this is the statement of Dawud.
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا داود بن قيس عن سعد بن سعيد أخي يحيي بن سعيد عن عمرة
أن النبي ﷺ قال كسر عظم الميت ككسره وهو حي قال يرون أنه في الإثم قال عبد الرزاق أظنه قول داود
